I Mix - Master Dental
I Mix! It is MASTER DENTAL's new modeling fluid for porcelain.
I Mix It Up! The liquid can be used for low heat ceramics as well as for high heat.
Another advantage of MASTER DENTAL! It is the wonderful working comfort provided in porcelain making.
E-max and Li-Si have been tested and approved
3D Printer Model Resin
While most dental models are still produced manually from plaster cast, dentists are increasingly using intraoral scanners, thus bringing their workflow to the digital realm, which is expected to result in a sharp increase in demand for dental models in the coming period.
To meet the increasing demand, dental laboratories need to increase their production capacity while maintaining the required precision and quality of their master models.

Dental Denture Cleaning Liquid
Crystal clear polishing aid for total dentures. Only a few drops are sufficient for a complete denture. All acrylic prosthetic work acquires a rich shine. The surface of the prosthesis provides a microscopic thin protection and a dense seal. Before polishing, it is sufficient to apply with a cotton cloth or polishing disc.
Cream Opaque Liquid
Master Dental was developed using a new manufacturing method. Users benefit from a fast and efficient coating process as well as great flexibility in application techniques. These advantages are based on the very high application stability of the powder opaquer during application. Powder opaque can be applied by brush or tool or by spraying technique. Thanks to the homogeneous consistency of the material, the frames are only masked by a very thin, color-fixed layer, providing smooth surfaces without bubbles or cracks.
Plus, the individually packaged powdered liquid ensures consistent quality. Master Dental completes its metal-ceramic portfolio. Patented metal-ceramic material Master Dental offers dental laboratories maximum efficiency, ease of use and lifelike aesthetics. This is the first material to contain oxyapatite crystals in the history of dental ceramics. These crystals reflect a high amount of incoming illumination and provide restorations with natural-looking depth.
Temporary Fixation Gel
A small drop on the mold is sufficient to hold your delicate porcelain veneers and all-ceramic restorations on the model very well and temporarily. The holding gel is essential for controlling contact points, applying correction powders with great ease, and contrasting restorations. It is transparent, so it does not change the shade, is completely soluble in water and leaves no residue after cooking.
Porcelain Pillow
It is a versatile stabilizer in the cake structure that turns into porcelain after firing. It does not stick to the crown after firing. It does not create negative effects on porcelain. Wing bridges are the perfect fixer on other crowns. Allows the crown to be fixed on the model. Allows crowns that are at risk of falling out of the model, such as loose crowns or lower anterior members, to be fixed to the model. It creates a straight welding line by preventing the weld from flowing into the crown in welding works. Since there is no gas outlet, 100% successful welding result is obtained. There is no problem in base paste and opaque stages. It can be used in all zirconium processes.
Ceramic Glaze Powder
Master Dental is a Ceramic Glaze powder that can be used on metal and zirconia. After firing, it forms a very glassy clear glossy surface. It can achieve matte to high glossy effect from Master Dental powder. It can also be used for Master Dental, Zirconia Layering and Monolithic. Universal Glaze for all applications Suitable for all existing ceramic powders. Ultra low solubility in bases and acids and insoluble in water. It can be cooked at any temperature between 800 C - 960 C. It is very economical.
Seramex
Seramex is an etching agent for ceramic restorations. Removes: Ceramic residues from metal frames, Residual oxide and investment material, Residue solder paste, Organic impurities, Prevents formation of bubbles. Suitable for first etching all porcelain inlays and crowns.
Operating Instructions: Use Wine straight Serameks undiluted, Just put in polyethylene containers, Objects should always be fully immersed, Objects should only be held with plastic tweezers, The effect of serameks can be accelerated by using temperamine ultrasonic cleaning units, Place the container in an ultrasonic unit filled with water, Possible Use near an air vent, Do not inhale fumes.
Removal of ceramic residues: Remove most of the porcelain mass, Place the metal frame in polyethylene, Fill the Container with Seramex and place in a mild ultrasonic bath, Hold in the bath as long as necessary.
Removal of investment residues: Remove most of the investment material, Place the metal frame in polyethylene, Fill the Container with Serameks and place in a mild ultrasonic bath, The time needed in the bath, the type of investment material used and the amount of residue remaining in the frame.
Removal of oxide layers: Place the object in a polyethylene container filled with Serameks and soak for 5-10 minutes, Ultrasonic bath, Removal of solder paste residues: Place the object in a polyethylene container filled with ceramics and leave for 2-3 minutes, Ultrasonic bathroom. Inlay, upholstery, veneer etc. Carvings: Cover the ceramic parts that you do not want to be eroded with wax or protective varnish, lay the object to be engraved in serameks for 1 - 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly under running, Water. Remove protective polish or wipe off wax, i.e. with a steam blaster. Avoid any contact with scraped areas after cleaning. If the effect of Serameks begins to wane, renew, serameks. CAUTION: After each Serameks treatment, objects (including tweezers) should be rinsed thoroughly under running water. It is toxic by inhalation, ingestion and in contact with skin. It causes corrosion. Irritating to eyes and skin.
Cream Total Polish
It is a polishing paste that provides excellent shine in all acrylic prostheses. Thanks to its special formulation, it polishes both teeth and acrylic very well and ensures integrity in the prosthesis. Due to the most accurate viscosity, it does not separate from the brush during use. Therefore, it becomes economical by obtaining maximum ideal results with minimum material. Even if it stays for a long time, it maintains its homogeneity by not creating a phase difference. Unlike silicone polishes, it creates a permanent physical shine. It is easily cleaned after polishing. For better results, pre-polishing with pumice is recommended before final polishing.
Refractory Model
It is used to make insulation from gypsum acrylic plastics. The substance has a bactericidal property. It has a high penetrating ability in terms of gypsum. Economical due to optimum density. It is easily distributed on the surface and forms a thin film. IT IS USED TO MAKE ALVEOLAR MODELS.
Texture Cake
A great putty that, when painted directly onto the surface of your crowns, veneers, bridgework or plaster model, allows you to visualize and accurately replicate the morphology and tooth structure. Quick-drying, alcohol-free solution. Steam clean cleaning residue in seconds.
